CrossFit gym - it's my tribe! And home away from home

Organized, balanced energy, happy, light.

What are important daily, weekly, or regular rhythms important for you to keep a great homelife?

Daily smoothie, workout, meditation, bike rides, getting outside for hikes or extended walks, fridge full of nourishing tasty foods and healthy treats, office organized and inviting... just a few.
