Vancouver - our condo - it's still one of our fave cities and will forever feel like home

CrossFit gym - it's my tribe! And home away from home

When home is going really great, what does it look like and feel like? How do you feel?

Organized, balanced energy, happy, light.

What are important daily, weekly, or regular rhythms important for you to keep a great homelife?

Daily smoothie, workout, meditation, bike rides, getting outside for hikes or extended walks, fridge full of nourishing tasty foods and healthy treats, office organized and inviting... just a few.

What’s a prized possession of yours or one of your favorite home purchases?

I love my bike -- it's a Trek bike - single gear which I ride in fixie style... I love it!!!
